This day is dedicated to visiting the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and State Museum. A guided tour through Nazi Germany’s largest concentration camp includes a guided walking tour through buildings at the Auschwitz I-Main Camp, the permanent exhibition, and the most important structures in Auschwitz II-Birkenau.
After the visit, we continued to Krakow to check into our hotel and spent the remainder of the day at our leisure.

Krakow, Saltmines and time at own leisure
Join us on an orientation tour with a local guide highlighting the UNESCO-listed Old Town, the Royal Wawel Castle complex, and the Jewish Quarter Kazimierz.
The remainder of the day is free for your own explorations or to join an optional excursion to the Wieliczka Salt Mine Join a private guided tour 445 feet underground through 1.8 miles of tunnels, chambers, and chapels. Time at your own leisure for further sightseeing before returning to Krakow.
